What information should be included in a dispute letter to the credit bureaus?
I disputed a few items on my Equifax credit report and they were taken off. These same items are on the other two reports but the only way to file a dispute with TransUnion and Experian is to write a letter to them. What information should I include in the letters? I just want to know the steps I should take to ensure an expedient outcome without having to write multiple letters to each one.

I want to repair my credit, but I need to know exactly what is on my credit report. I was told that once a year everyone is suppose to be able to get a free credit report. However, I cant seem to find the web site in any search engine. All the ones I found ask for a credit card or debit card number, which I don’t have due to my bad credit.

What can I do about this type of identity theft?
I have had several accounts opened in my name due to identity theft. I think a corrupt mortgage broker took my information and did this. Anyway, I paid on two accounts for at least six months, which was really stupid. In December I decided that enough was enough so I stopped paying and started to take action. My lawyer says that these can still be proven, but it seems hopeless. Could somebody that works in this field or has experience with this give me some advice?
